Services

Architecture for the way you live.

Four services for people building, renovating or rethinking a home. Most projects use more than one. All of them start with a conversation about how you want to live.

  1. Concept rendering: a compact limestone volume with a dark steel canopy set in a garden of grasses and olive trees

    Custom Homes

We take a new home from the first conversation through to construction drawings and site visits, shaped by the land, the climate and how you live.

When to call: Before you buy land, or as soon as you have it. An architect can look at a lot's constraints and potential before you commit, which can save you a lot of time and money.

  2. Concept rendering: a living room under a warm timber ceiling, opening through steel-framed glass to trees and mountains

    Renovations & Additions

Renovations and additions that improve how an existing house works and connects while keeping the things that made it worth staying in.

When to call: Before you settle on a scope or hire a builder. An early conversation can show whether a smaller, smarter change would do more than a bigger one.

  3. Native shrubs and grasses in warm evening light with a mountain ridge beyond

    Site Planning

Site analysis and master planning to help you choose, understand and lay out a property before you make big design or purchase decisions.

When to call: Before you buy if you can. Otherwise, before any building design starts.

  4. Concept rendering: an open-plan kitchen with walnut cabinetry, a dark stone island and full-height glass facing the mountains

    Interior Architecture

Interior architecture covers the permanent parts of a room: the layout, built-in cabinetry, lighting, materials and the details you handle every day.

When to call: As early as possible in a new build or renovation. Interior decisions affect structure, wiring and window placement more than most people expect.

Who we help

Is now a good time to talk?

If one of these sounds like you, it’s probably worth a call.

  • You're planning a new home

You have land or are close to buying it, and you want a house designed for that spot.

  • Your home no longer fits

You love where you live but the layout, light or space is working against you.

  • You're weighing up a property

You want to understand what a site could support before committing to it.

  • Your rooms need resolving

The structure is fine, but kitchens, storage, lighting and materials need real design.

A conversation changes everything

Let’s create what’s next.

Your home begins with a conversation. The first call is relaxed and there's no obligation. We'll talk about your plans, your site and your timing, and you'll get a sense of whether we're a good fit.
