Accessibility statement
We want this site to work for as many people as possible. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA as our reference. The site hasn’t had a formal outside audit, so we don’t claim full conformance.
What we’ve done
- Semantic page structure with one main heading per page and logical heading order.
- A “skip to content” link and visible focus indicators for keyboard users.
- Menus, FAQ accordions and filters that work with a keyboard and screen readers.
- Form fields with visible labels and hints, plus error messages tied to the right field.
- Alt text on meaningful images and empty alt text on decorative ones.
- Text and background colors that meet contrast guidelines.
- Layouts that adjust from small phones to large screens and respect reduced-motion settings.
Known limitations
- Some text sits on top of photos and relies on a dark overlay for contrast. On very bright screens it may be harder to read.
- The images are renderings and may include details the alt text doesn’t mention.
